Description: Created in 2022 as a Cover for Heavy Metal Magazine issue #317, featuring Steve Aoki's Neon Genesis. While Greg had never personally met Steve Aoki, the only way he would do this was if Aoki actually posed for the painting. Greg created a series of sketches, each with a unique composition so Steve could choose his favorite. Once he chose, Greg sent him instructions for directional lighting for his photographer. Greg used those photos as the basis for this painting, he thoroughly enjoyed doing this piece. This piece was turned into a limited edition animated NFT.
