This beautiful painting titled 'American Beauty' is #30 in Greg Hildebrandt’s American Beauties Series. Greg originally designed this painting with the young lady was standing on a tarmac, and in the background there was a WWII Flying Tiger and a hangar. Greg had transferred his sketch to the canvas and he was scheduled to start this painting on September 11, 2001. That morning, the world changed for everyone. For the next three weeks, Greg and his brother painted tribute art, and when he finally came back to this canvas, as he said, "The only thing that fit was the American flag."
Acrylic on canvas.

8x10 and 13x19 glossy photo prints and Giclées are also available of this.
Giclée reproductions are created by tiny jets spraying millions of droplets of oil-based printing ink onto a sheet of fine art paper. This spray of ink, more that 4 million droplets per second, whirls onto paper spinning on a drum at 250 inches per second. Hence the name giclée, French for "fine spray."
As with all of our products, lay-a-way plans are always available.
